An interactive discussion between three experienced mediators about what is really going on behind the scenes of typical first-party mediation. One mediator will reveal the needs and interests as seen in the insured's caucus room, while the other mediator will discuss the same issues from the viewpoint of the insurer's caucus room. The third mediator will moderate this discussion to bridge the gap between the two rooms.
