WIND Professional/Fellow Umpire Application (2024-2027)

Use this application to apply for WIND Professional Umpire Certification and WIND Fellow Umpire Certification. USE ONLY IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED HERE:

Designations are valid for three years.

Application fees for Professional and Fellow are in addition to the base application fee for the Umpire Certification.

Professional Designation: $75

Fellow Designation: $125

Please review the requirements here before completing the application. You will need to have a list of claims, CV/resume, and letters of reference ready to upload and will need to know the dates of your first Umpire Certification Workshop and your most recent Umpire Recertification Workshop.
