WIND Certified Umpire & Appraiser Application - BOTH

Certifications are valid for three years from the date of completion of the the certification/re-certification class.

You are receiving a discounted application fee if you wish to submit an application to both the Umpire & Appraiser Directories. The application fee for the Umpire Certification is $400 and Appraiser $250. If you choose to do both, this is the correct application and the cost is $500 total. 

Please note, you will also need to complete the additional steps outlined in the workshop confirmation email you received before your application is approved.
