I grew up with my dad as a General contractor and worked with him until I got into insurance in 2004. Since 2004 I have set myself apart as an expert witness for court testimony on roofs and method of repair, spent 6 years in litigation at Citizens, 2 years as a claims manager at Elements Property Insurance, 100+ as Appraiser, maybe 20% as Appraiser for the Insured. Umpire is really all I'm missing.

I am impartial to a fault. I tried to be a PA once but was driven out by the ethics, but I still advocate for the Insured when it is appropriate. I also have handled hundreds of large loss and complex claims exceeding $500k. I am Haag certified and very experienced with construction. I also hold the ability to remain calm and professional in the face of individuals who are clearly abusing the system or even outright comitting fraud. I am well rounded and will always do what is right, no matter who's hired me.
